CYCLE TRACK IN BEGEČ
The newly built cycle track Novi Sad-Begeč along the crown of the defensive embankment of the Danube belongs to one of the three international cycling corridors passing through Serbia, the Euro Velo 6 corridor, better known as the Danube Route. The section that was implemented within the contract on the construction of the cycle track extends from Futog to Obalska Street in Begeč, with the length of 4.6 km. The cycle track with a modern pavement structure at the same time provides the necessary stability to the embankment crown during the period of high water.
