PROJECT

It is with great pleasure that we present our project in the field of high-rise construction, with which we strive to set the highest standards in the construction of residential and commercial buildings and thereby continue the reputation by which DOO PUT-INVEST NOVI SAD is recognizable.

We present to you a residential building of B+GF+3+(4) stories at Somborska 49, Telep, in the immediate vicinity of Bulevara patrijarha Pavla and Futoški put, only 6 km and 15 minutes away from the city center.

The facility integrates the following qualities in its design: synthesis with functional processes, identity, uniqueness of form, coherence, continuity and quality of details.

The offer includes three business spaces on the ground floor and 30 residential units of various structures (studios, one-room, two-room, two-and-a-half-room, three-room and four-room apartments), with a total gross built-up area of 2,749 m².

Vehicle parking is on the lot, in the basement of the building (26 covered garage spaces and two open parking spaces outside the garage) and 5 open parking spaces on the ground floor.

The building is designed in the classic constructive system in an interrupted sequence, founded on AB plate d=50cm and on the previous base of packed stone d=30cm and packed earth in compliance with seismic regulations, static parameters, and safety measures.

The use of the highest quality and modern materials with thermal protection of the building and sound insulation was designed, in all respects according to European and SRPS standards. All floors and ceilings are thermally insulated, which enables independent heating of individual spaces. Sound insulation is provided by the construction of floating floors that separate the floor structure from the wall (made of styrofoam d=3cm), while the transmission of noise from neighboring apartments is prevented by the construction of partition walls d=25 cm.

The mezzanine construction is reinforced steel plate d=20 cm with a structural system reinforced with AB frames and AB sheets in two directions. All external facade walls are made of climablock d=25 cm + 8 cm thermal insulation (stone wool), and the internal ones are made of blocks d=25 cm, d=20 cm and d=10 cm with simultaneous production of AB cerclage at the height of the lintel.

The floor surface finishing will be done with first-class ceramic tiles and parquet, depending on the purpose of the room.
